Product availability

In the event that any of the items you ordered are not available, we will contact you, either by email or by phone (if you have provided a phone number), in order to agree on any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
If we are unable to contact you within 2 days of sending your order request, your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us.
The products will be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner, a courier company.

Shipping Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

• The product has been delayed in being shipped by our supplier.
  In this case, we will contact you to schedule a delivery of the rest of your order, without the delayed product. This item will be shipped to you immediately after it is received at our warehouses.

• The product you ordered has been discontinued and is not available.
  Among the products displayed in our online store, there may be changes in their availability, due to lack of stock by the supplier or their unannounced discontinuation. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you immediately to suggest alternative solutions.

• In the event that it becomes impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) due to, for example, incorrect/missing information registered in the members’ area.

• Our company bears no responsibility for the change in delivery time, if this is due to a delay by the supplier or to external factors (strikes, unpredictable weather conditions, etc.)

BANK DEPOSIT 

To make the payment via bank deposit, please select this payment method and we will provide you with the bank account number to which the deposit should be made. The deposit must be made from a bank in the country in which the order invoice was issued and the customer will be charged with all bank transaction fees. It is essential to indicate your full name and your market code in the deposit details, exactly as it was entered when the order was placed. The order will only be shipped if we receive the deposit. Bank charges between banks are charged to the customer.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT CODE

The payment code is a unique 20-digit code that allows you to make a payment via bank deposit without knowing the account holder’s IBAN.
If you wish to pay by bank deposit using RF, we will contact you and send you an email confirming your order and provide you with a 20-digit Payment Code (in the format RF769115659900000000xxxxx).

What you have to do is pay the amount indicated on your payment ID and in your order confirmation email, at whichever bank you have an account with.

All you need to do is provide the 20-digit Payment Code.
